If I can’t keep up with writing this blog, I can at least keep up with emails of dissatisfaction.

Dear Dodocase,

I am very upset. I bought your Dodocase for the Kindle Fire near the beginning of January through Amazon. I was elated to receive my case after carrying my Fire around in a homemade bubble-wrap case for a few weeks.
While admittedly beautiful, the Dodocase left me disappointed. The rubber bumpers were missing from the case. Of course I was bothered, but the case was so nice otherwise, I decided not to make a fuss. I simply e-mailed you and received a form to fill out to obtain the missing bumpers. So easy! Once again, I was impressed by your services, and my faith was restored.
After waiting a very long 3 weeks, barely able to use the case in fear of my Kindle awkwardly spilling out, I received the tiny bumpers. However, after inserting them, to my dismay, they did not do a thing to hold my Kindle! My prized possession still easily falls out, as if the bumpers were not even there!
Now, I am at the point where I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to find another case company, I love this one. I would just really like my Kindle to be secure with no bumper problems. I am almost at the point where I’ll figure out how to make my own, but I feel like I paid a fair price for this product, and should have received it in working condition in the first place.
Please help.
Regards,
Sad Customer
